Birthday Celebrations

Celebrations for our two September birthdays! Lunch at Agave and Rye, a taco place, for McKenna's birthday lunch. She's such a cute math nerd!

David had to make her some caramel puffs as well!

The tacos were delicious!

Kellan got adventurous and tried the crispy cajun alligator!

Later that evening we headed to La Comedia to see The Play that Went Wrong. Twinsees!

The play was hilarious! We had a really fun evening together!

Football Week 4 - Wayne

First up for our football week - Ciara's cheer! She's the cutest!

She came up to the stands for a halftime visit.

We all love our Ciara!

Game Day! I was repping our neighbor Carter and ran into him in the hall so of course we had to take a picture.

Funny things about attending a football game at Wayne - They make the visitors go in a separate entrance (which isn't totally unusual) BUT we can't use the bathrooms at the stadium. They have porta potties for us to use. They also have a huge Indian head blow up for their tunnel; I'm surprised woke activists haven't made them get rid of it. My favorite thing about Wayne football games is that every single one of their players kneels in prayer along the sideline right after they first come onto the field.

Ryan slept through most of the game and we got our booties kicked but we still had a great time!

The player ahead of Kellan got injured at some point during the first half so Kellan got to play the rest of the game!
