December 1st rolled in and so did our wonderful (wonderfully creepy) elf on the shelf, Jingle! He started off his month long visit with a fun breakfast of donuts, hot cocoa, and some tasty little candies. The kids were overjoyed to see him!
Unfortunately Jingle was a very lazy elf this year, rarely moving to different spots, and participating in zero exciting or fun adventures! Hopefully he'll be a little more active next year.
I had so much fun catching up on your blog! We'll need to char about NYC bc I promised Abi I'd take her there for her birthday this year and I have no clue about hotel/bus, etc. I love your bus pass idea!
ReplyDeleteJingles is just like our elf Alexander. He stays out of shenanigans, too. I think it's because he knows I don't like messes.
Isaac didn't shave for two weeks and it was so long, too. That's funny both of our hubbies took a break from shaving.
Savannah's home school experiences look so awesome! I'm jealous!! I love the Egyption unit! How awesome.
Thanksgiving is one of my most favorite holidays, for all the reasons you mentioned. It's so relaxing and happy. I love counting blessings. How could it not make people feel good?
I love that you were able to go to the Niners game! Awesome!!
