The sad thing is David wasn't able to be there and he's actually the one that helps Xander the most in scouting. For some reason the mom always gets pinned but in our house that pin should go to David.

A Bear!
Thank goodness the only Bear around here is Xander! A Bear rank in scouting, that is. He had set a goal at the start of the year that he would earn his Bear by May and he totally beat his deadline, finishing all the requirements in March. Unfortunately now that the pack meetings are held at the same time as Young Women activities, I had to do some shifteroos in order to be there when he received his award.

Savannah was my photographer...looks like she has the same love of distance shots as her dad does.

Way to go Xander! And on another side note- it looks like he has shot up 10 inches! Ok I am exaggerating, but he is tall!
