Summertime!!!

Yay! Summer is finally here! It has become tradition for me and the kids to head to lunch and a movie on the kids' first day of summer vacation. Red Robin was the restaurant of choice, Epic was the movie.

Another day we headed to the library, stopping first at their huge pond to feed the fish and turtles.

The turtles loved the bread, especially this one that kept swimming to every spot we dropped the bread and gobbling it up.

A quick stop at the library playground...

and then we headed inside to get the kids signed up for the summer reading program. One of the best things about signing up is we get a full page of coupons for different restaurants and stores around our area. After the library we headed to McDonald's to use our "free sundae" coupon. Yummy!

and of course cooling off in the sprinklers!!!
