Welcome, Summer!

We love summer!!! I absolutely love having my kids home and all the fun things we get to do together. It has become tradition to enjoy a movie and a meal out on the first day off of school. Maleficent was wonderful...

and so was dinner at Famous Dave's.

There was even an awesome thunderstorm that rolled in that evening. Thunderstorms in the East are amazing!!

Hammerman Beach is always much more fun with friends! Lots of swimming...

and TONS of digging!!!

And even some beach ball volleyball!

Manicures with the neighborhood girlies!

And definitely a lot of pool time!

Noah insists he needs to practice his snorkeling for the VI!

We put our free McDonald's sundaes coupons from the library's summer reading program to good use!

And headed to Barnes and Noble for some new books and a yummy frap treat!

And that's just the first week! We have plenty more fun adventures planned for this summer!!
