A Treasured Visit

We were so spoiled having Savannah with us all summer but unfortunately some good things come to an end. We really tried to soak in our last few days with our Sav. 

She had a final visit with Dr. Herbenick to make sure all was good with her knee.

She and David had a daddy/daughter date.

We made sure to get in one last pool day.

We hit up Graeters one last time.

And goodbyes were said.

Mason and Savannah left for Utah early Thursday morning, August 8th. It was extremely hard to say goodbye and watch her drive away but I know that she has good things awaiting her in Utah - a new apartment and her final year of college. I'm grateful for this time we had with her, time that we were not expecting. I'm so proud of all her hard work on PT and the fun and joy she brings into our home when she's here. We're really going to miss her!
