Farewell to Maryland

Our final day in Maryland! We had a delicious meal with our dear friends, Merly, Ador, Celine, and Solomon. They are just the best family and we truly miss them.

We then headed to church to spend sacrament meeting with the Winters Run ward. Of course I had to get one final hug from Elinor who was in the parking lot getting ready to go home when we arrived. Good thing I caught her!

It is always so good to visit and see so many people who are like family! And people really need to remind me to take off my reading glasses.

We decided to just head home rather than split up the drive and stay at another hotel. Ador had provided us with some food for the drive which helped tide us over until we could stop for dinner.

Our mishap with the Panera bathroom sink, ha ha!

It was a beautiful drive home!

We got home close to 10:00 and Noah and Cleo came right out to welcome us back. Three days is definitely not enough time to spend in Maryland so we're already planning our trip for next summer which will include more time to be with friends.
