Noah's Summer Job

Mom has always been so good about providing the boys with a summer job - cleaning her pool. It's been so helpful in letting them earn some money in a way that is flexible with their football schedule. This summer Mom got a new liner for her pool so it didn't open as early as she would have liked but she still found little projects for Noah to do so he could still work and earn money.

And she always provides him with his favorite - cream soda!

Bryan was supposed to go to Guatemala for the summer but it ended up not working out, making it the second summer in a row, poor guy. But Guatemala's loss is our gain! I'm so excited to have him living here for the summer! The other fantastic news is that he got a job as a Spanish teacher at an all boys Catholic school in Kentucky so he'll continue living with my mom and being much closer to all of us. Such a trememdous blessing!

Mom's pool finally opened the end of June so now once or twice a week we head down to clean...

and I hang out with Mom and Bryan while Noah works.

It's such a wonderful summer job!
