Kickin' Off July

We started a Crunmble cookie tradition - every Friday David would pick up one of each of their 6 different flavors of the week and after lots of taste testing, we'd each decide which one was our favorite.

Xander and I spent such a fun evening with Mom. First, we placed an American flag at each of her neighbor's houses...

and then we had dinner and played cards.

We then spent the night and went to church with her the next day.

Noah's High Adventure with the young men. They spent a week in the wilds of West Virginia.

Step 1 to putting up the basketball hoop - putting in the cement. It's about time too; we've only had the hoop sitting in our garage for over a year.

Another Tuesday needed to finish up the splatter paint temple picture.

And we put him to work! A huge storm knocked some branches down from one of our trees, right into our neighbor's yard! We had to saw them up and haul them back over to our side of the fence.

And even more work! Finally putting up the basketball hoop! First, artistic poses by Bryan, ha ha!

Although we were there to see the most recent Jurassic Park movie, we had to stop for a picture with Elvis!

Somebody was super tired of waiting on family members attending meetings at church.

Our Cleo...she loves David! She's sad when he leaves...

and can't even be parted from him when he's using the bathroom.

He's definitely her favorite human; the rest of us are just extras.

While the Clarks were away we got to have Coco stay with us. She's just the sweetest!

And Mosley came to stay with us for almost two weeks while his family was on vacation. He was such a sweetie and he and Cleo got along so well.

David's garden is coming along really well.

And the dogs love to be out there "helping" him.

All of us love Mosley!!

And we love spending beautiful evenings on the deck together!
