Other August Stuff

One day Cleo was out in the back yard for forever so I got curious as to what she was up to. I spotted her in the garden and it looked like she was up to no good so I went out to investigate.

She seemed very interested in a particular area of the garden and kept digging and digging.

At one point it looked like she had something in her mouth so I wondered if she had dug up some of the potatoes. When I went over to investigate I almost stepped right on this little thing. I took a picture because I wasn't sure what kind of animal it was. After sending the picture to David he told me it looked like a baby rabbit.

A few seconds after I took the picture, Cleo gobbled it up! So gross! And then she went back to digging. We know that rabbits are constantly wreacking havoc in the garden so I figured Cleo had come across a rabbit warren and was trying to dig up more delectable babies! When I went in and told Savannah about it, she stormed outside, yelled at Cleo for eating baby bunnies, and brought her inside. It was hilarious!

We were lucky to have little Luna stay with us during Savannah's visit. She's the cutest!

Girls Movie Date - Freakier Friday!

It was hilarious! I think Heidi and I laughed more than anyone else in the theater!

Soaking up as much time as I can with Noah!

He's been spending time playing video games, hanging out with friends, doing Legos,

and his lifeguard job. Poor guy has to have his mommy drop him off since Xander took the car.

Noah and I thought this was super cool - in his advertisement for fall sports pictures, the photographer I used for both my boys used one of Noah's pictures.

Another movie night, this one at the Clark's home theater - The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Can never go wrong with a Henry Cavill flick!

And of course my favorites - book club! For Classics we read The Outsiders;

History, we read up on Stonewall Jackson.
