One Last Trip to the Beach

The kids were off school for Rosh Hashanah so we decided to head to the beach one last time. It was an absolutely beautiful day to be at the beach!
I still can't get over how people swim in this cold ocean but my kids can't get enough of it.
Several pods of dolphins swam by throughout the morning.
Although Xander and Savannah would have preferred to be out swimming with the dolphins this was about as close as they could get.
My three cuties!
Spending some time in the sand.
The kids love to bury each other!
Xanderman!
Digging himself out!
What a cheesy grin!
Savannah's just chillin'.
The perfect place for a nap.
Time to get back in the water.
Noah was super excited about this shell he found.
Gettin' a little goofy!
It's so nice that the kids are older because it allows David and I a little more freedom. We took a long stroll down the beach, just the two of us, and it was wonderful. On the way back we spotted this horseshoe crab.
Of course we had to make sure the kids got to see this cool sea creature!

We had such a lovely day together. Until next summer!
