Easter 2017

Our Spring Break trip and Savannah's soccer tournament on Saturday really threw our Easter Bunny Day to the wind this year. We found ourselves a little less enthusiastically than in years past dyeing Easter eggs on Saturday night. Tradition defeats exhaustion!

Savannah is so good about humoring me and still participating in these childish holiday activities.

And we even got David to join us again this year!

Sunday morning the kids were delighted about their Easter Bunny gifts, especially Noah!

Xander had agreed that the Easter Bunny could pay us back for his calligraphy set purchased at Monticello...

and Savannah jumped on board that idea with this sweatshirt.

Time to find some eggs!

Easter is all about celebrating the glorious Resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ, however, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at church remembering that most wonderful and important event!
