St. Patrick's Day fell on a Sunday this year but I didn't want my students to miss out on a wonderful celebration so I brought the green on Friday. The Young family provided some delicious breakfast casseroles and I topped off that off with wee pots of gold!
On Sunday we prepared the corned beef in our new pressure cooker. It helped reduce the smell a little but we learned NOT to put the potatoes and cabbage in; that MUST be done separately next time. My favorite part of the day was David actually willing to get a little festive.
