Hello, 2022!!

New Year's Day festivities! Ryan was so sweet and took all the kids to an escape room. Apparently they were SO CLOSE but didn't quite make it out hence the Loser L's!

until it's game time!

I was so upset when we found out that Utah would be playing Ohio St in the Rose Bowl. I absolutely hate when our family is on opposite sides. We made the best of it and took a bunch of silly pictures before the game.

People were so surprised that we didn't watch the game together. Obviously they just don't know us very well!

We were so proud of our Utes! They played so tough and were ahead most of the first half and holding the Buckeyes offense...and then our corner was injured and left the game. We didn't have anyone to take his place except one of our running backs. He tried but just could not contain their receivers and they started making a comeback. And then we lost our quarterback midway through the 4th quarter and that was that. It still came down to the very end but we ended up losing by 3. Although we didn't come away with the win, I think we proved that we can hang with the big schools and aren't some little cupcake team. It took top performances from their receivers and they still only beat us by three. Super proud of our guys!
