Maryland!

We have never been back to Maryland as a family since we moved in the fall of 2020 so we decided the time had come. Two days after school ended, we hit the road, minus Xander who absolutely could not miss football. Although the drive is a long one, it was so fun to get back to Maryland and all the trees!!

Our first visit - our old next door neighbors and dear friends. We caught up with recent events, laughed about all the good memories, and ate some delicious food.

And before we headed back to the hotel, we hit Rita's. We do have one in Ohio but it's about 20 minutes away and we've never gone so this was such a special treat. Ah, it feels so good to be back!
