Thanksgiving Tradition 2015

We had so much fun together last Thanksgiving that the Clarks once again made the trek out here to spend this Thanksgiving with us. We're on the road to tradition! And thank goodness they had much better weather driving here this time around.
One of the first things we did? Hit Cupcake Flavory, of course!
The cousins love being together and I love how my kids strive to look special in almost every picture they take. Xander has to sit way behind everyone else, Savannah adds some droop to her mouth, and Noah crosses his eyes. Just lovely.
Thanksgiving was such a beautiful day that the kids got to eat lunch outside on the deck.
Turkey preparation,
football, and hanging out...that's how we spend our Thanksgiving Day! I'm sad because I really didn't take that many pictures this time around.
One of the highlights of our Thanksgiving feast was the mini Martinellis bottles. Ciara wasn't too sure about hers...
but the others knew just what to do. Skull!!!
Dinner was fantastic and we all stuffed our faces!
Literally!
One of the things we decided to do in the few days we had together was go to Medieval Times. My kids love it and the Clarks had never been so we figured it was time to introduce them to this highly entertaining event. Of course Kellan and Noah had to dress up as the two cutest knights in Maryland.
A family picture!
Ready to enjoy the show!
Of course we had to take a selfie with our own little knight!
The official knights of the show. Ours was the Red Knight.
The falconer.
Enjoying the tasty feast! The chicken was so good that I ate all of mine and most of McKenna's. And that apple pastry...delicious!
The Red Knight - he was the ultimate winner!
Savannah got a rose.
Definitely a fun way to spend an evening!
Our last day together was pretty chill, just a bunch of hanging out and munching some leftovers. Thank goodness Ryan and David did get the kids out for awhile - they took them hiking at  Susquehanna State Park so they could get their wiggles out.  Heidi and I enjoyed some sister bonding time at home.
