Early in November we gathered as a young women group to celebrate the accomplishments of each girl in Personal Progress throughout this past year. The theme of the night was "Search for the Treasure Within."
Melissa started the night off with a wonderful talk in the Relief Society room and then I introduced the treasure hunt. Each girl was given a treasure chest and the first clue. The young women, along with their families, followed clues that led her throughout the church to value rooms that contained small treasures for her to keep. I loved how our value rooms turned out!

Reading one of the clues.
After the treasure hunt we all met in the gym for project presentations. The project Savannah chose to talk about was the pictures she drew of different stories of Christ's life.
Savannah was also recognized for completing Personal Progress and earning her Young Women medallion.
David always gets to be in on the fun now in his role as Bishop.
It was a wonderful evening and I was so proud of all the young women and what they have been able to do in the Personal Progress program this year. We ended the evening with refreshments and time to hang out and talk.

Our great group of girls!
