Football Time!

We headed to Kings High School on a Saturday morning to watch Xander in a preseason scrimmage. He was playing with the JV squad and did a great job! Go #57!

We missed several preseason events last year so this was my first helmet striping event. Apparently it's tradition for the moms to come in and clean the helmets and then put all the stickers on them. I got to meet a few of the football moms which was nice.

And then the moms decorate the lockers. Some of the moms go WAY overboard. I wasn't sure what to bring so Xander's locker is pretty simple but he didn't seem to mind.

We also got a panther print for our driveway! We're now legit!
