Wrestling - Elder and One Last Tournament

The last home meet of the season was against Elder at home. Unfortunately Noah's match against the Elder guy resulted in Noah getting pinned. I always hate the "defeat" picture but it's always a good reminder that we win some, we lose some, and that we just keep on fighting and never give up!

Two days later we were back at Fairmont for one last JV tournament of the season.

Noah's first match was against one of those Beavercreek kids that he always seems to struggle against. This one was super agressive but I was so proud of how well Noah fought back! Well, Noah ended up with not just one blood time...

or two (his gross little nose plug that kept falling out)...

but eventually 6 blood times! Surely that's got to be a record!

Eventually they decided to wrap him up, ha ha!

Poor kid! I don't know how he was even breathing out there.

It seriously was the longest match ever and unfortunately Noah ended up being pinned. He fought so hard and told us that he was really struggling to breathe.

Another good fight but he ended up losing this one on points. 

We're sad to see wrestling come to an end. Once again Noah absolutely loved it and improved so much over last season. He went about 50/50 with his wins and losses and we are super proud of him.
