A Special Evening

At the end of February our family gathered at Mom and Dad's for a very special event - the ordination of Noah to the office of teacher and Kellan received the priesthood and was ordained to the office of a deacon. Due to Covid restrictions that are still in place, we aren't attending in person church but it turned out to be a huge blessing because it was easier on Dad to have this take place at their house. Double blessing - Dad was the one who ordained Noah. Triple blessing - Savannah is home for spring break and was able to be there.

The men!
Love this picture of Dad with Kellan and Noah.
I will be forever grateful that we moved to Ohio so we can all be together for moments such as this.  Love these people of mine.
Enjoying dessert!
So happy to have her home!
I know Dad was self conscious about losing his hair and most of the time he wears a hat to hide it but I'm grateful he was willing to take this picture with me. Oh, how I love him!
These two - what a pair!
A little mishap on the way home, ha ha! David was exceeding the speed limit by quite a lot. Another blessing of the night - although David was clocked at just over 90, the policeman let us off with a warning. I've been telling David for years that the key is to treat these officers with respect!
