Fun in Cinci!

We headed up to the Clarks' house one evening to watch Ash and McKenna in their swim meet. Savannah was a true fan, having Aunt Heidi write "Go Cudas" (for Barracudas) on her back.
Unfortunately a huge thunderstorm came raging through the area, postponing the meet until later. David and Xander were hungry and tired and therefore grumpy so we headed back to Cinci without getting to cheer the girls on. The good news was that they did really well in the meet once it started back up later on.
Most evenings my parents' front and back lawns were sparkling with all the lightning bugs flying around. What a beautiful sight! Of course the kids love to try and catch them and see their little bums light up.
We made sure to take Grandpa out for ice cream to celebrate his upcoming birthday which we would miss, having to head home two days before his special day.
And did I mention we went swimming? Like, a lot!
Practicing our snorkeling for the day we'll need it in the VI.
Fun water games with Grandpa.
Noah finally learned how to dive!
Cuddle time with the cutest little baby!!!
Lots of goofing off!
One of the best things about this trip for David was that Ciarra loved him. Most of David's nieces and nephews have wanted nothing to do with him when they are babies so this was a pleasant change.

It is always so hard to say goodbye, especially after 3 weeks of such fun. We can't wait until we can go again.
