Cincinnati Visit Week 2

Facetiming with David who decided to be a shark for the conversation. We miss him tremendously when he doesn't come out with us but he did eventually join us the middle of the second week.
Cuddle time with little Coco.
Reading...
and karaoke!
Savannah's captive audience!
Teaching our kids to be staunch supporters of the 2nd Ammendment.
Shopping time with cousins!
Taking care of the pool...
with Xander's help!
Such cute girls!!
Girl lunch at the Cheesecake Factory!
Enjoying our cheesecake at home since we were all too stuffed from lunch to eat dessert at the restaurant.
A little golf practice for Xander.
Fun times at Grandma and Grandpa's...
in the pool...
and to celebrate his birthday! One of the kids thought that we had bought him a crop top since when he held it up, it didn't unroll all the way. We all got a good laugh out of that one, especially Dad. He looks like he's been crying in this picture but it was tears of laughter!
Happy 73rd to the best dad and grandpa!
Dessert time!
Trying out our country for the next rodeo!
We took Mom and Dad out to dinner at The Precinct as a thank you for our Virgin Islands trip as well as to celebrate Dad's birthday.
We had to get a little goofy with the desserts!
I couldn't have asked for better parents!
More pool fun!
Noah is feeling the rodeo vibe!
And, because we had had so much fun the first time, we decided to go to the rodeo again! We dragged Mom and Dad and David along this time.
This was the moment of goodbye since we were going to spend the last night down at Mom and Dad's. So so sad!
While David was there, he and I visited a few house development sites. We were thinking with my Dad's health as well as Covid and the way things were going in the world the time might be right to get the process going to move to Ohio and be closer to family. We decided on one particular area about 10 minutes from the Clarks and were ready to put down money. Unfortunately the lot we wanted was already taken so we decided to wait for a bit and see if any other lots opened up that we might like. But it was exciting to think that possibly in a year we would finally be making the big move!
