Happy 18th to our Xander!! Where has the time gone?!?!? We are so proud of the young man he has become. Football and school are life! He loves reading, watching the Utah Utes play football, and eating out with the friends. He still loves to read, though we keep that on the down low, and enjoys his nights in watching movies. He's in the process of completing college applications and writing essays. His top picks are University of Utah, Mount St. Joseph, and Hillsdale with possibly Ohio St. He's in his last year of early morning seminary and is preparing to serve a mission when he graduates. He's still my gentle giant and gives the best hugs. Unfortunately he gained a new accessory for his birthday courtesy of a badly sprained ankle in the Springfield game. It's easy to love our Xanderman!!
We started his special day watching the JV football team take on Springfield at home.
Xander wanted ribs for his birthday so Ryan let us use his smoker and we had a tasty dinner at the Clarks.
They spoiled him with this large birthday basket full of goodies.
