Spring Concerts and School Stuff

May brings school concerts and wow, Noah and his fellow band mates sounded a whole lot better this time around. Unfortunately he was way in the back and this was the only halfway decent picture I could get of him.

A picture of Noah, his buddy Marty, and their fabulous teacher, Ms. Staton. Of course Noah totally had to embarrass me by acting like he was being held captive for the picture and then he and Marty said that Ms. Staton's Star Wars character is Jabba the Hutt. Honestly, I wanted to crawl under the table when he said that but she just takes everything he says in stride, apparently. All she did was laugh.

I was so proud of him - he earned and has kept second chair and, once again, he had a speaking part, introducing one of the pieces.

Another exciting thing Xander did this spring was be the MC for the 3rd Quarter Honor Roll Ceremony. He did such a fabulous job!!

The only bummer thing was they forgot to read his name and have him receive his certificate on stage. Oh, well! He earned another 4.0!
