Philly and Swim

A beautiful Saturday morning! School is out for the summer, the sun is shining, and the youth got to perform baptisms at the Philadelphia temple!
I always love serving at the temple with my kids!
After our session we all changed into casual clothes and headed out into the city, checking out some of the sites.
Reading Terminal Market was one of our first stops since we were all starving. The place was absolutely bananas with zero places to sit so we found a nice shady spot on the street outside.
That was quite the Phili cheesesteak for Sav!
Brother Juarez treated us all to some tasty donuts for dessert.
The plan was to hit some of the big sites in Philadelphia, like Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, but we were all so worn out after having to deal with the lunch crowds plus it was getting late so we decided to call it a day. We posed for one more picture in front of the temple before heading home.
Meanwhile, back in Baltimore, Noah had his first swim meet early that morning, so I dropped him off, making sure he was in good hands.
Lauren is the best! She sent me videos and pictures of Noah throughout the meet. Thank goodness for good friends who watch out for my little guy when I can't be around.
